We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) upon successful delivery, feel free to initiate a return with us.

Note: 30-day money back guarantee means within the period of 30 days after your first day of receiving the parcel as per record by the courier company.

 

IMPORTANT

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received. 
  • Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return. 
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s).
  • Returns/exchanges may take up to 1 week to process, excluding shipping times. Subject to the availability of stocks.

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced

  • Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend to return your item in original conditions for a refund and place a new order for the different product

 

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer option only. Please ensure that the following details are provided completely and correctly:

  • Identification No. (I.C.)

* Please note that the refund amount does not include the shipping & handling fee you paid earlier.

* Please note that it takes about 10 -15 business days for us to get your package at our warehouse, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
